For this prestigious West London property, our client, a property developer, required us to turn it into a fully automated smart home to set it apart from the competition.

TO COVER SO MANY AREAS WAS A FANTASTIC EFFORT.
We installed a full complement of technology: multi-room audio and HD video, lighting, and a smart home control system to bring it all together. We were also tasked with integrating the other household services, such as climate system and swimming pool temperature. On top of this, the system had to be ‘open book’, so that any prospective buyer could quickly be set up and start using it. For easy control of all household services in one simple, intuitive interface, we installed Control4 in-wall touch panels, handheld remotes and iPads.
All of the equipment was centralised into a neat rack space to leave the property’s interior design clean and tasteful.
The developer was overjoyed with the solution that had been delivered. The lack of wall sockets usually associated with technology filled homes was a big plus, as were the keys of each keypad, which had been individually engraved to make it clear what could be activated at the touch of a button when you enter a room.
