Regents Park
Situated on a distinguished Grade I-listed terrace in Regent’s Park, this lateral apartment is defined by stunning park views to the north and soft southern light. Originally built in the 1820s, the terrace was later converted into apartments that span multiple buildings.
Prior to the refurbishment the property included a legacy Graffik Eye system from Lutron, which although obsolete we retained the wiring infrastructure of. This meant that a new Lutron HomeWorks system could be installed in its place, for modern LED efficiencies and compatibility, without re-wiring entirely.
In addition to this a Sonos music system was installed, including Hi-Fi speakers and turntable for the clients record collection, plus a 5.1 surround sound system in the playroom.
A high speed IT network and Wi-Fi provides the connectivity for all of the above systems, and delivers high speed internet for the family.
