Knightsbridge
We recently upgraded the home technology in this penthouse apartment which overlooks Knightsbridge.
The home featured an out of date Crestron system, and the owners reached out to NVI for a competitive quote on the upgrades. Keen to work with the owners we kept the 'known good' backbone of the system in place, yet upgraded the tablets and Crestron app, to give the user interface a much needed refresh, and bring in some modern functionality befitting of this stunning duplex.
As part of the work we also upgraded the legacy Wi-Fi and IT; removing the out of date hardware which was charging the owners ongoing license fees, to our preferred license free platform. Every NVI install is license free from monthly or yearly costs for the systems to operate.
When we handed over the system the family were ecstatic, stating "You didnt do all of this work in just one week, did you? We wish we'd done this with you years ago now!"
We now provide long term support services for the owners, whereby we proactively monitor the health of the home technology, and are on-hand in case of any issues.
