NVI have been successfully appointed as the lead consultants for the audio visual, smart home, building control, and IT services for this regeneration scheme in the heart of Central London's most buzzing construction space.
The mixed use scheme features over thirty apartments, with fully kitted out smart home capabilities, either from day one, or for the eventual homeowners to fit out to their needs. A number of amenities are also available for the residents, office staff, and retail workers, who will also have space in the building, comprising B1 office use, and A1 retail spaces.
